Committee Vision

For Conclave 2005, we will have a variety of awesome activities. The lodge competitions will continue as they were last year because it worked out so well. There might also be some returning favorites from the moon walk to the dunk tank. There will be extensive planning to make the afternoon's as fun as possible. The sign up in advance for the competitive games was weak and the online resources should be uses fully this year even though there were not many lodges utilizing this feature of the website. All lodges should know whether or not they will enter a team in the competitions by the last COC at the latest. The publishing of the brackets in the newsletter worked well and this should be done again this year. The activities will be even better than last year and everyone should have a great time.
