Section/Lodge Leadership
The Section NE-1B Council of Chiefs is made up of the section chief, vice-chief, secretary, the immediate past section chief, and one youth delegate from each council. Below is a list of the Current Section Officers and Advisers, as well as the Lodge Chiefs of NE-1B.

| Section Chief: Greg Burke | ||
|
Greg is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor member, and Founders Award recipient of Tisquantum Lodge, Old Colony Council 249. He currently serves as the Section NE-1B Chief. Greg has served the Order as Lodge Chief, Lodge First Vice Chief, Chapter Vice Chief, and many other chairmanship roles. He has participated and served on the National Leadership Seminar staff. He is an Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 44 in Walpole, MA. Greg has served on staff at the 2006 NOAC at Michigan State University, the 2007 NCLS at Indiana University, and the 2008 George Washington and Jefferson ArrowCorps5 site. In 2006, he participated in the Order of the Arrow Trail Crew. Greg is a graduate of Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, MA and currently attends Fairfield University located in Fairfield, CT where he is pursuing degrees in Accounting and Economics. |

| Section Vice-Chief: Tommy Taricano | ||
Tommy is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Tisquantum Lodge of Old Colony Council 249. He is currently serving as Section NE-1B Vice Chief. In previous years, Tommy has served as the Section Secretary, Tisquantum Lodge Treasurer, as well as many event/committee positions. He has participated in the National Leadership Seminar. He attended the 2006 NOAC at Michigan State University. Tommy staffed the 2007 NCLS at Indiana University as Office Manager for the Events and Activities Committee. He was also on staff in 2008 for Arrowcorps5 at George Washington & Jefferson National Forests in Virginia as Office Manager for the Recreations Committee. Tommy is majoring in hospitality administration/hotel management at Endicott College in Beverly, MA. |

Adam is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor member of Tulpe Lodge of Annawon Council. He currently serves as the Section NE-1B Secretary. Adam has served as the Section ArrowCorps5 Coordinator, Tulpe Lodge Vice Chief of Programs, and Lodge Vice Chief of Communications. Adam participated in ArrowCorps5 at the George Washington and Jefferson site. Adam also attended the 2007 NCLS at Indiana University, the 2005 National Jamboree and the 2009 NOAC. Adam is a graduate of Xaverian Brothers High School. He currently attends Georgetown University where he is pursuing degrees in Chemistry and Physics. |

Mike is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Tisquantum Lodge of Old Colony Council 249. In previous years, he has served as the NE-1B Section Chief, Tisquantum Lodge Chief, Tisquantum Lodge Vice Chief, and Chapter Vice Chief. Mike has participated and staffed at numerous National Leadership Seminars and staffed a National Lodge Advisor’s Training Seminar. Currently, Mike is currently attending the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. |

| Section Adviser: Branden Morris | ||
Branden is an Eagle Scout, a Vigil Honor Member, and a Founders' Award recipient of Grand Monadnock Lodge, Nashua Valley Council. From Townsend, MA Branden is currently serving as the Section Adviser. Branden further serves as a Committee Chair and as the Council Training Chairman for his Council’s Executive Board. Branden has served as Lodge Adviser for Grand Monadnock Lodge, Section NE-1B Associate Adviser, Section Chief, Philmont Retreat Vice Chief of Training, and as the CVC of Training for the 2006 NOAC. In addition, Branden has attended and staffed multiple NOACs, NLS, NLATS, and other such events. |

| Section Associate Adviser: Bob Sirhal | ||
Bob is a Vigil Honor and Founders' Award recipient of Abnaki Lodge, Narragansett Council. Bob serves on the National Volunteer Development, Program Impact, Order of The Arrow and Sea Scouting Committees. He is a member of the NER Executive Board, is Regional Wood Badge Chairman, 2010 Jambo Sub Camp staff and Immediate Past Area 1 President. Bob has served as Council President, Council Training Chairman, District Chairman, Lodge Adviser, 2001 Jamboree Sub Camp Chief, Chair for the National Basic Training Task Force, and served on the National Wood Badge Pilot Staff. Bob has been awarded the Distinguished Service Award, Silver Antelope, Silver Beaver, Region Venturing Leadership Award, and Whitney Young Award. He lives in Kingston, RI with his wife, Sallie. |

Andy is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Grand Monadnock Lodge, Nashua Valley Council 230. He currently serves as one of the Section NE-1B Associate Advisers. Andy has served the Order as Section Chief, Lodge Vice Chief, Lodge Webmaster, and Section Webmaster. He has participated and served on the National Leadership Seminar staff. He is an Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 3 in Groton, MA, and an Associate Adviser for Crew 1 in Gardner, MA. Andy served as CVC of Web Activities at the 2006 NOAC at Michigan State University, as well as serving on training staff at the 2004 NOAC at Iowa State University. Andy also serves his Lodge as Service Projects Adviser, and through his Council’s COPE committee, and numerous other volunteer roles on a local level. |

From Dover, NH, Jonathan currently serves as both the Section and Lodge Staff Adviser as well as a Development Director for the Council. Jonathan attended the 2007 NCLS in Indiana, the 1997 National Jamboree and was on Regional Seabadge Staff. |

| Conclave Adviser: David Skolnick | ||
David is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor member of Tisquatum Lodge of Old Colony Council. He is currently serving as the 2010 Conclave Advisor and has previously served as a Chapter Associate Advisor. David is also a Scoutmaster for Troop 105. In his free time he participates in Karate, does woodworking, and is a webmaster of several websites. |

Matt is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor Member of Abake-Mi-Sa-Na-Ki Lodge of Cape Cod and the Island Council. He currently is Lodge Chief and an Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 97 of Nantucket. In the past he served as one of his lodge's Troop Representatives. Outside of Scouting, Matt is interested in computers, technology, and production. |

Michael is a Life Scout and a Brotherhood Honor Member of Abnaki Lodge. He currently serves as the Lodge Chief of Abnaki Lodge and as Senior Patrol Leader for his troop. Outside of scouting, Michael is active in his Church, is a Varsity Baseball Catcher, and an avid paintball player. |

Joshua is a Life Scout and a Brotherhood Honor Member of Grand Monadnock Lodge of the Nashua Valley Council. He currently is serving as Lodge Chief and Senior Patrol Leader of his Troop. Additionally, Joshua has served as the Work Projects Chair for GML. Joshua enjoys hiking, Scouting, and working at Camp Wanocksett. |

| Pachachaug Chief: Andrew Meloche | ||
Andrew is an Eagle Scout and a Brotherhood Honor Member of Pachachaug Lodge of Mohegan Council. He serves as his Lodge Chief and as his troop's Senior Patrol Leader. Additionally, Andrew has in the past served as his lodge's Nominations Chairman, Ordealmaster, and as Inductions Chairman. Andrew carries his lodge's tradition of Ultimate Frisbee outside of Scouting as well. |

| Tisquantum Lodge Chief: Colby Ward | ||
![]() Colby is a Life Scout in Tisquantum Lodge of Old Colony Council. He currently is his lodge's Chief and a Junior Assistant Scoutmaster for his troop. Colby was previously his Lodge's 2nd Vice Chief. Outside of Scouting, Colby is active in his school's student council where he holds the position of Class President.

Rohan is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor Member of Tulpe Lodge of Annawon Council. He currently is Lodge Chief, a Troop Representative, and a Junior Assistant Scoutmaster for his troop. Rohan has previously served as the Vice Chief of Communications and Youth Chairman of Elections for Tulpe Lodge. Rohan enjoys such activities as Biking, Running, Karate, reading, writing for his school's newspaper, and getting pied in the face. |
