A few quick reminders for Lodges about next weekend's conclave:
Things to bring
- Lodge Carnival game - ready with lodge members to staff it.
- Donations for auction and show - please turn donations into Pat and Jason upon arrival at Conclave.
- Bathing suits and beach supplies (towel, lifejacket, etc.)
- Bike Helmets
- Paper and pens for note taking at training.
- Everything else needed for any other Conclave.
Medical Forms
All Conclave participants/staff need an up to date medical form. A link to one can be found on the conclave page of the website.
