A few quick reminders for Lodges about next weekend's conclave:

Things to bring

1. Lodge Carnival game - ready with lodge members to staff it.
2. Donations for auction and show - please turn donations into Pat and Jason upon arrival at Conclave.
3. Bathing suits and beach supplies (towel, lifejacket, etc.)
4. Bike Helmets
5. Paper and pens for note taking at training.
6. Everything else needed for any other Conclave.

Medical Forms

All Conclave participants/staff need an up to date medical form.  A link to one can be found on the conclave page of the website.
