The Section Officers and Advisors would like to host a COC Conference Call for Sunday, April 6 at 7:00 PM. This will be in the place of a physical spring COC meeting. After further consideration, the Section Leadership decided this would be our best option because of all the scheduling conflicts this spring.
The call will run the same as a regular COC. An agenda will be sent out prior to the call for you to review and have during the call.
Due to the Conference Call system that we are using we can only include 50 participants on the call, so we would like that only the Key 3, CVC’s, CVC Advisors, Service Lodge Representatives, Section Coordinators/Advisors, and Section Leadership plan on participating on the call. If for some reason you feel an exception should be made, please let me know and we can make adjustments.
Please discuss this call with your Key 3 (or CVC’s with their Advisors) and send me one email as to who will and will not be attending the call.
