Thanks to the outstanding efforts of the QLS Coordinator, Hunter McCormick and QLS Adviser, Dan O’Rourke this year’s QLS was a great success. This year’s program was designed to incorporate themes of the new Strategic Plan in a way in which lodges can learn from not only facilitators, but also one another. Through instruction, discussion, conversation and challenges, lodge leaders were able to develop their lodge program for the coming year. Section NE-1B would like to thank the facilitators for this year’s QLS: Mike O’Keeffe, Dan O’Rourke, Dave Paulson, and Hunter McCormick.
