Conclave 2009 is upon us and the weekend looks to be perfect!  The Conclave Team has put together another phenomenal program for this year.  We look forward to seeing you at Treasure Valley Scout Reservation (394 Pleasantdale Road Rutland, MA 01543)!

The May Council of Chiefs will be held on May 17th starting at 2:00 p.m.  We will be meeting at Bass Pro Shop in Foxboro, MA (1 Bass Pro Drive Foxboro, MA 02035). 

The location and time of the next COC has been finalized.  The COC will be held on January 10th starting at 10A.M.  We will meet at the Nashua Valley Council Service Center (1980 Lunenburg Road Lancaster, MA 01523).

At the beginning of the first COC of the year, an election was held to fill the position of Section Secretary.  The secretary elected at the 2008 Conclave was from Allogogan Lodge, which has since become part of the new Section NE-2.

During the meeting, Adam Hoy from Tulpe Lodge was elected to fill the position of Section Secretary for the 2009 Year.

The date for the first COC of the new NE-1B has been set.  August 17, 2008 at 2pm will be the start of the planning for Conclave 2009.  We will also be having a walkthrough by the host lodge (Pachachaug Lodge) at Treasure Valley during the COC to view the camp.  Directions can be found below.
